Icewalker and agility are both the wrong choice anyway, cat's swiftness. For pure 0 movement max dps, icewalker is usually better even if the hit is only affecting white damage, as it's 12 crit + 12 hit vs 16 agi, so if Agi has an EP of around 2, crit and hit would need an average EP of less than 1.33 to be inferior. Which doesn't really ever happen. White hit's worth around 1.6, and crit 1.75 for my rogue's gear.

Edit: only just noticed you're an engineer and have the boot enchant, that's situationally the best anyway.

As far as Vulmir vs Caress, with mace spec you'd go a bit over the grim toll softcap and it'd actually end up a slight dps loss, more so when you take into account the additional factor of your oh swings not benefiting from any spec (which isn't a huge deal, but is an 80 dps loss or so in this case). So I'd stick with CQC.

It's been brought to my attention that you weren't the original owner of this account, and only took over the account a few months ago. It also appears that you left Dark Secrets on Zamoo a few months back, rejoining when your friend gave you his account. I'm fairly disturbed that you wouldn't mention this rather crucial piece of information of your own accord - it wouldn't really have been a problem if you'd had been upfront about it, but not mentioning it suggests you're trying to hide it.
