[Declined] Faroma SPriest

Post  Faroma on Mon Dec 15 2008, 20:18

In-game name: Faroma (currently lvl 76 - been slacking a bit)
Class and spec: Shadow Priest
Armory link: http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Anachronos&n=Faroma

Why are you applying to Bloodpack?

Well i had put raiding on a bit of a back burner for a while but am looking to get back into it with a guild like yourselves. I have 2 RL friends in the guild in Jon (Galb) and Dave (Grenk/Squired/Rattlehead - whateva he is this week) and a few others may know me from my Dot Com time and would like to raid with both of them.

Have you played with anyone in Bloodpack before, who might vouch for you?

Galbatorix, Grenk and maybe some others from Dot Com

What previous guilds have you been in, and why are you planning to/have you left your last guild?

Dot Com was my last guild, had quite a few changes and things happen in my rl which meant i was pretty much offline for a few months unannounced and couldnt attend raids.

Do you currently have any pending application with any other guild? If yes, who with?
None

Tell us a bit about your history and experiences in WoW. How long have you been playing? Why do you like playing your chosen class and spec? What have you done up to this point in the game?

Been playing for about 4 years since the start, been through a few different classes as mains over the years - started with my lock Sgt Dog on Silvermoon, then moved on to my rogue Drindar, mage Sossamon, and then my priest Faroma.

Done a fair amount pre-tbc with my rogue

MC - Cleared
BWL - Cleared

then in TBC my SP saw most of the action

KZ - Clear
SSC - Clear
TK - Clear
MH - 4/5
BT - 3/9

Raiding

How interested are you in PvE raiding?

Im very interested in raiding again and will be able to make approx 2/3 a week

How much experience do you have with PvE content in the game? (e.g. what raids have you taken part in, do you do heroics etc.)

See above for raids i have attended and seen quite a big chunk of the TBC content. Im avl for heroics and such wheneva im online, i havent done any in Wrath yet but went to all in TBC

Are you available during our raid times? Can you make all days or only some?

Prob able to make about 2-3 a week dependant on if i have my kids that weekend

What PvE-related add-ons do you use?

Omen, Atlas, Bartender, Decursive, Healbot, Xperl, Deadly boss mods, Recount

We're a fairly social guild, not just logging on for raid times and then disappearing for the rest of the week. How would/do you fill your playing time when not raiding?

I will be on to mock Dave and Jon along with ev1 else, i can come heroics and up for general fun and frolics.

Raiding's not cheap. Flasks, buff food, oils, and ofc repairs all cost money and time, and so does keeping your gear gemmed and chanted properly. Are you able to support your raiding expenses?

Yes

How do you feel you can benefit our raid setup?

I feel i am an experienced SP and know how to play my class and handle myself in raid situations. I dont take myself too seriously so can have a laugh with ev1 but also focus when the situation demands it.

Additional things to add?

Just a few things about me really, im John. I live in the UK near Manchester, im 38. I beleive myself to be a nice guy and easy going so hopefully im what your looking for (soon to be 80 too - will stop slacking if im needed and get there asap)

Ok Faroma,
At this moment in time your application will be denied due to your level, should you get to level 80 in a swift manner and gear up accordingly, we may re-evaluate your application and offer you a trial if you are still interested and available.

Regards, Finde
