With blizzard adding optional "hard-modes" to future encounters, we're intending to beat the more difficult version of each fight, not just the basic version. Are you prepared to spend the time re-learning encounters to beat them in their hardest incarnations?

Yes - i have no problem with wiping on it for days.

Are you prepared to sit out if an encounter requires a certain raid composition for which you are not ideal?

How do you fill your playing time when not raiding?
Farming, gold, achi's

Raiding's not cheap. Flasks, potions, buff food, and of course repairs all cost money and time, and so does keeping your gear gemmed and chanted properly. Are you able to support your raiding expenses? What consumables do you typically use?

Why have you chosen your particular spec/class? How familiar are you with your class' other specs? Would you be willing to respec if the raid required it? Do you have dual-spec? I have been forced to use demonlogy sinds begin in Wotlk i have no other exp with destro or afflic.

What is the general gearing strategy you follow for your class? Please be as specific as possible.

Please give a brief description of how you go about doing your job in a raid. What's your DPS cycle/priority system if you're a DPS? What spells do you use in what situations as a healer? How do you go about maximising threat whilst minimising incoming damage, as a tank? What more is there to tanking than those two aspects? Use a particular boss fight as an example if it will make it easier to talk about.
Rotation:
DoTs:
-You are using a Curse, Corruption and Immolate as your DoTs.
-Curse: If you have a Boomkin Druid or Unholy DK - use Curse of Doom (CoD). If no boomkin or UDK - use CoE.
-Corruption: Keep this up 100% of the fight as best you can. This is what procs Molten Core buffs.
-Keep Immolate up since Molten Core talent increases the duration. Caveat to this below.
-Do NOT 'clip' your DoTs. Meaning, make sure they finish their last tick before reapplying them. Use filler like shadowbolts (see below) until you need to cast the DoT again.


Nuke:
-While maintaining your DoTs, you will spam Shadow Bolts as your main nuke unless...
-Molten Core Buff: This procs from corruption ticks. When it procs you will see an animation over your head and a sound. Molten Core affects both Soul Fire and Incinerate. This is where you cast 3x Incinerates instead of using shadowbolts if the boss/mob is >35% (you get 3 hasted incinerates with extra damage). Make sure immolate is up first. There is a caveat to this below
-Decimation Buff: This is the Demo Warlock "execute phase" of a fight. You get Decimation when your shadowbolt or Incinerate hits a mob/boss at =<35%. Decimation hastes your SoulFires for 9 seconds. However, the second you land a soulfire on a mob =<35% the Decimation buff is refreshed instantly again to 9 seconds. In other words - spam soulfires here. If you proc Molten Core during the execute you still use Soul Fire! Your next three soulfires will get +18% damage and +15% change to crit. Some caveat to this.


Caveats:
-SoulFire spam on decimation. If you are the Demo Lock you are providing the ISB debuff. Do not let this fall off. Even during execute you will need to cast Shadow Bolt every 25-28 seconds to keep the debuff up on the boss.
-Do not let Corruption fall off during Decimation/Execute phase. You still want Molten Core because it affects Soulfires.
-Molten Core: If you are in execute (meaning you have decimation rolling) you do NOT cast incinerate you KEEP casting SoulFire. It will add DAMAGE and CRIT to your soulfires.
-You can let your immolate drop off during the execute phase of =<35% just not corruption.
-If you have enough haste, the GCD requirement for casting life tap will be minimal. Keep Life Tap buff up (if you using the Glyph). I use a Level 1 Life Tap for the start of the fight and then use my max rank Life Tap during the fight.

Is it just me or did you just copy paste the part where you have to explain your cycle/way of playing in a raid from the WoW forums? It stood out compared to the rest of your answers, which are very short and dissatisfying.

Everybody can read a manual. We as a guild are interested in YOUR playstyle. Everybody reacts different to certain situations, we would like to know what YOU would do, actually meaning you typing it out and explaining what you would do.

Also knowing only one spec of a class who has 3 very nice DPS specs isn't really that great. I understand you have been forced to go Demo, but at least read up on different specs. I'm sorry if you did, but you could've explained the other specs in your application.

This is what I quickly noticed while browsing your application, I will look into it tomorrow - but now it's time to sleep!

I don't know what to say really. Seeing your gear it's fine, and gemmed correctly. Apart from your boots and weapon, you might want to reconsider putting Tuskar's Vitality on it since survivability > all. Especially if you bring such a huge buff to the raid. +12 hit and +12 Critical Strike rating is easy obtainable via gear and shouldn't really be enchanted for, especially since your nearly hard-capped on hit. And you also might want to put a +23 SP gem into your weapon since the Socket bonus isn't all that great and 11 more SP is more of a rDPS increase and slightly more of a pDPS increase too.

And seeing your UI, are your spells keybound? I can't see any keybinds, you might have turned off the text when you key bind something of course. Just curious..

Apart from that I really can't think of anything to say, since your answers aren't that extensive.. Would you mind sharing with us what you really do in a fight? Because I really didn't become any wiser from reading the copy/pasted text, that's a general guideline of how to play Demonology, and I say this again, we are in interested in how YOU play.

For instance that guideline says that we can let Immolate fall of <35% and keep spamming Soulfire. I for one don't do that because our T10 bonus is a very nice DPS increase, and we get that bonus by having Immolate or UA up on the boss, so I keep refreshing it.
