In-game name: Three
Class and spec: Holy Paladin
Armory link:

Why are you applying to Bloodpack? Well I’ve been out of the raiding loop for a while now on anachronos, I had a break, played my warrior on a PVP server with my old guild, (try farming mats as a prot warrior with pve gear on a pvp server with lots of loligotztehpvpgear cats ganking :< ) anyways it came to my attention that I missed raiding a lot as I found myself just running around doing nothing most nights. I have spoken to Kareha a few times and she has said I should try applying to you guys, so here I am (eventually)!

Have you played with anyone in Bloodpack before, who might vouch for you? I did that joint Gruul run we had many moons ago and I’m sure a few of the ex GogG people will know and have played with me. Not sure if any would vouch for me, you would have to ask them ;o

What previous guilds have you been in, and why are you planning to/have you left your last guild? TBC on this server I started with my Alliance warrior in Chaldkydri. That kind of fell apart so I decided to play on my horde character, I joined GogG when it was just 3 members old. We decided after some time that we would like to try raiding kz so I started leveling a paladin so we would have a healer. That would be Three and I’ve stayed in GogG as I’ve never known what to do since we kinda merged!

Do you currently have any pending application with any other guild? If yes, who with? No.

Tell us a bit about your history and experiences in WoW. How long have you been playing? Why do you like playing your chosen class and spec? What have you done up to this point in the game? I have played warrior since the start of this game, raided everything into Naxx pre tbc. With the expansion out I took al little more casual stance to playing, but I can never fully get rid of that desire to raid! I’ve never been into PVP much as well its very bad for my keyboard, it was always more fun in my old pre tbc raiding gear but I’m much more of a PVE player! I would say I’m a pretty experienced warrior, with less experience as a paladin. I do however love playing my belf and I don’t think I’m that bad at it, even though I don’t have any endgame raiding experience in raiding as one. I do pick things up fast so it shouldn’t be a problem as I know what a pally can and cant do. I have seen most of SSC/TK/MH on my warrior, with a little experience in BT too, but like I say its been quite some time Smile At the end of the day I love WoW, its just one of those things I cant put down (ever) I have tried to quit a few times in my past, but I can never do it, I like the game, I like being involved with others when playing it.

Raiding

How interested are you in PvE raiding?
Love raiding, for me its what the game is about.

How much experience do you have with PvE content in the game? (e.g. what raids have you taken part in, do you do heroics etc.) As I mentioned above my experience lies within another class, but I have played a few heroics and kz and most of za on Three. It wont be a problem learning others with a new class as I like to read a lot about fights before I do them (when I can ofc).

Are you available during our raid times? Can you make all days or only some? I can make most of the days I will be available, only Thursdays I may have a few problems with, though I will make that Thursdays I can.

What PvE-related add-ons do you use? Well I’m still researching what will be good for healing, I believe Grid is handy. I will be speaking with a few more people and downloading what I need to perform best.

We're a fairly social guild, not just logging on for raid times and then disappearing for the rest of the week. How would/do you fill your playing time when not raiding? Well I like the hang around in the bank, and jump off things… but I’m easy going and will generally be up for any groups I can make. Talking and getting to know your guild is important too I think so I spend a lot of time trying to do that.

Raiding's not cheap. Flasks, buff food, oils, and ofc repairs all cost money and time, and so does keeping your gear gemmed and chanted properly. Are you able to support your raiding expenses? Yep shouldn’t be a problem with all my alts and the amount of daily quests there are about these days! I have a potion and an elixir master so pots are no problem. I have cooking and I’m not afraid to use it!

How do you feel you can benefit our raid setup? I can benefit you by giving my full attention to anything I do, when I raid my focus is 100% on it. I’m a fast learner so I should be able to adapt to any tactics, or help trying to figure out new ways to achieve something. I like to feel part of the guild so when I’m in one I put my all in to helping it achieve what it sets out to do. Be it farming mats for the guild bank, helping other members, or what ever is required.

Additional things to add? Hmmm well I guess I could tell you about me! My name is Marty, I’m 26 and I live in the UK. I work as an administrator in a boring finance company (hate that) but I’m kind of looking for something a bit more active! My interests outside of WoW include football (ofc) playing and watching, American football, heavy metal music (I’m not a goth tho), and motorbikes! Mine being like my fave thing I own Smile. I’m easy to talk to and enjoy a good laugh and having a nice time! Some may know me from the Anachronos forums, but I’m pretty quiet there! If there is anything else you would like to know just ask away Wink
Cya all about
Marty.
