The gemming in your legs makes no sense, should have the glowing you need for meta activation in your shoulders and use runed, reckless in legs to get the 7 sp bonus.

Edit: you're also only using two out of your three dragonseyes.

You choose glyph of lava rather than glyph of flametongue. Explain your choice please.

You talk about a static fight, which isn't really very interesting. How do you fill gcds when you have to move? With this in mind, explain your boot enchant.

Sockets are fixed, I equiped a yellow one on the legs and got the bonus, and puted a purple one on the shoulders for the bonus as well + 1 more Runed Ruby. I admit that I didnt pay attention to my sockets recently but it wont happen again. I do use chain lightning, I wanted to try going without it for a few Boss Fights to test my DPS. I normaly cast it straight after LVB(and only then). For the GCDs, I position myself in a spot where I dont have to take any unnecessary movements but if I do have to move a lot I have swiftness potion for the job. Personaly I dont think that a 8% speed increase from Tuskarr's Vitality would help me fill GCD's faster, it wouldnt save me even a second and I dont lack the flexibility to avoid aoe/ debuff's/ position myself etc quickly.
I like to experiment with my character a lot so I switch my glyphs oftenly. Totem Of Wrath and Lightning bolt glyphs always remain as my core glyphs and I never switch them but I do switch my third major glyph according to what i read in websites.

So when you have to move from a shadowtrap on LK heroic fight you'll use swift pot every time? Tuskars Vitality really is the best choice imo

Swiftness potion shares cd with potion of speed, wild magic, so if you use one, you can't use the other in a fight. Running to and from the shambling horror tank when you get necrotic plague, moving defile out, running out from the raid when you get unchained magic/running to blocks on sindragosa, running little ooze to big ooze on rotface, running from ghosts on deathwhisper, running around dropping magma totems near worm spawns on valithria, dodging malleable goo on putricde, are just a few examples where you benefit from moving faster, even if it's just 8%.

Alright then I will agree with you at this point. It wont cost me much troube to put Tuskarr's Vitality, just thought I should give my opinion first.
