What framerate do you generally play at in 25 man raids?35/40 Is your PC and internet connection reliable?yes What's your average latency to the game servers during evenings? 135 or so.

Why are you applying to Bloodpack? I'm applying to bloodpack because im looking for a more hardcore guild with good reputation and wish to raid with the best

Have you played with anyone in Bloodpack before, who might vouch for you?hmm Ive raided with warlockmarre and stylah back in AS. also done heroics with rukia/shini great person. (hopefully them 3 could??) Smile

What is your current guild and why are you planning to leave? Exodus Well our GM kessina left and gave the GM to someone else called bigsally witch is a very inactive gm.. yes ino how can a guild progress much without a GM? sucks doesnt it!

What previous guilds have you been in? Almost skilled, phoenix rising

If this is a cross-realm application, should you be accepted for trial, how soon can you transfer here?

Do you currently have any pending application with any other guild? If yes, who with? Nope (did have with renaissance)

Do you have any high level alt characters? Have you raided with them before? 80 death knight Did naxx 10/25 with him thats about it dont play him no more i find them to boring. I Also have a 80 rogue not raided at all with him yet and dont really plan to.

What interests and hobbies do you have outside of the game? Outside the game my hobbies are Fishing, motocross, clubbing and chilling with my mates. I'm also into allsorts of music.

What is your past raiding experience in the game to date? Please only include content that you cleared at the appropriate level cap - we're not interested if you cleared AQ 40 last week.

Do you use these following addons?

DoTimer or some other sort of spelltimers - Y
Grid - Y
Any other addons which you feel should be mentioned?
Clique for when healing.
If possible, please try to provide a screenshot of your UI in a raiding setting. If you aren't able to get one from inside a raid, a screenshot of it from a battleground will suffice. I havent got one just yet. ill post it soon if thats ok?

With blizzard adding optional "hard-modes" to future encounters, we're intending to beat the more difficult version of each fight, not just the basic version. Are you prepared to spend the time re-learning encounters to beat them in their hardest incarnations? Ofc its part of progress

Are you prepared to sit out if an encounter requires a certain raid composition for which you are not ideal? Yes

How do you fill your playing time when not raiding? when not raiding im either farming, heroics or doing some bg's or in stormwind with stylah? Razz

Raiding's not cheap. Flasks, potions, buff food, and of course repairs all cost money and time, and so does keeping your gear gemmed and chanted properly. Are you able to support your raiding expenses? What consumables do you typically use? Yes i spent alot of time doing dailys and farming afford this.

Why have you chosen your particular spec/class? How familiar are you with your class' other specs? Would you be willing to respec if the raid required it? Do you have dual-spec?

When i first started to play wow i had many low level chars to see witch i'd like to play most.. and it came out as druid most probably because they have forms (bear cat etc lol) from then on i just carried the char out and level'd it. I am very familiar with my specs ive played all 3 specs in wotlk with gear for all 3. i'd also say im very familiar with my specs to. yes i would respec if needed, also i have dual spec.

Do you use external resources (such as 3rd party forums, spreadsheets, simulations) to research your class and spec? Give examples, links, and commentary if so.

Tbh no i dont because ino my char inside out (i like to think anyways) although if there is something im unsure about ill just look it up on internet.

What professions have you chosen on your raiding character? How do they benefit you in raids?

Skinning and leather working well leather working is great for me because i get the 67sp enchant on wrists thought if i was feral dps or tank i could have atkpower or stamina.

Please provide a recent combat log parse (e.g. WWS, WMO, WoL) of your character in a raid environment if you have access to one. I dont have access to one at the moment sorry.

Any additional things you'd like to add? i'd just like to say i still have some rare gems.. yes i'm upgrading them to epic asap. also i hope this works Smile

Thanks for the application. A couple of questions:

What's your preferred role, resto or balance?

You've omitted a couple of questions, namely

What is the general gearing strategy you follow for your class? Please be as specific as possible.

and

Please give a brief description of how you go about doing your job in a raid. What's your DPS cycle/priority system if you're a DPS? What spells do you use in what situations as a healer?

I'd appreciate if you could answer those both from the point of view of resto and balance.

Hello there yes i'll answer the questions.

Rhiannon wrote:Thanks for the application. A couple of questions:

Resto Smile
You've omitted a couple of questions, namely

Main thing i go for is spirit spell power then a little bit of haste so i always make sure my main focus is to gem spirit and spell power.

and

Please give a brief description of how you go about doing your job in a raid. What's your DPS cycle/priority system if you're a DPS? What spells do you use in what situations as a healer?
Resto - depends when raid healing i cast in this order rejuvenation wildgrowth(always keep that up) then lifebloom x3 also regrowth, rejuvenantion lifebloom x3 on the tanks.

Balance - I keep up moonfire, insect swarm, warth till eclispe porc's then starfire. (Also throw a FF on the boss + use treants)
I'd appreciate if you could answer those both from the point of view of resto and balance.

Hi Sky

Few things I would like to point out (and by all means argue your position as this gives me more insight into your thoughts)

Resto :
Can I ask why you would want to stack LB x3, since the last patch when the hps was nerfed by 20% and bloom the same it became a very very average spell based on hp/m even when you dont roll them. Generally my approach has been to glyph nourish then use other hots with lb to use the nourish glyph to get the most out of that (which is where the haste comes in). Its at the point where I honestly dont believe that LB is use anything more than a single hot for improving nourishes.

Given that your glyphs for your resto spec are all feral and your answer, I could probably assume that you havent raided as resto for a while. Would that be an accurate assumption?

Balance:
Again the rotation you are describing appears to be an old rotation, based on a fairly heavy haste set (600+ haste) for lunar eclipses. Since the changes to balance, where the icd's for wrath and starfire eclipses are mutually exclusive, are you still favouring a heavy lunar eclipse rotation and speccing for it, or doyou have any thoughts on a balanced (punlol) gearset to take advantage of both eclipse periods? I see the IS glyph so keeping IS up obviously a good thing I would love to see your balance gear to see which set bonuses you are looking at. Do you think that speccing into Genesis would help to improve your IS dps?

I would be interested to see any math that you have that would support your setup etc.

Hope to see you soon!

Last i raided as resto was in AS with stylah not that long back thinking of it but since then i raided with exodus so i changed some of my glyph you see i'll change them back a.s.a.p.

Yes speccing into Genesis would actually help my IS dps. so i'll do that too Smile

I'm not on the realm anymore Razz

Anyway, I know I ain't in the guild as main raider anymore, however he is a good guy and will listen to what he's told generally. As far as a player I can say he is pretty good at feral and resto, never seen him play as moonkin except in a dps test lol duel. No, he didn't ask me to vouch for him, but hey.

Ok I am going to give you another chance to read the questions that I posed again and your answers. Please think long and hard about the responses as I am not giving you instructions on how to play a druid, but I want you to think about and tell me why you are set up to play the way you do. I may be utterly wrong about everything I have said. I would like to see more than 1 sentence answers, think of it as an open essay exam question.
