I wanted to join a guild that has more progression than my current one. Bloodpack has a nice progression so I though, I give it a shot!

Progression in 25 man is just like joining a pug, only 6/12
Some officers are away and with the new raidleaders it's a mess
People not coming way too late and many slackers.

With blizzard adding optional "hard-modes" to future encounters, we're intending to beat the more difficult version of each fight, not just the basic version. Are you prepared to spend the time re-learning encounters to beat them in their hardest incarnations?

How do you fill your playing time when not raiding?
I like PVP'ing and lvling alts ofcourse
making some money with profs/AH
Raiding's not cheap. Flasks, potions, buff food, and of course repairs all cost money and time, and so does keeping your gear gemmed and chanted properly. Are you able to support your raiding expenses? What consumables do you typically use?
I use all best enchants/gems available and always bring a few flasks to raids, I dont mind repair bills because I wear cloth
I dont bring consumables because theres always someone with fish feast, If you want me to bring my own food, I'm willing to get it ofcourse

Why have you chosen your particular spec/class? How familiar are you with your class' other specs? Would you be willing to respec if the raid required it? Do you have dual-spec?
This spec is for pvp mainly but is also good for raiding, I'm willing to change to a pure PVE shadow spec when I get a trial in Bloodpack. I got Discipline as Off-spec, I am very experienced with that spec and also with Holy spec since I played all three specs many times in ICC.
I am willing to respec when needed.

What is the general gearing strategy you follow for your class? Please be as specific as possible.
At this moment im Hit capped so I try to avoid items with Hit-rating
Mainly going for items with Stam/int/sp/haste/crit
Those stats are the most important for shadowpriests. For gems i Stack spellpower gems and sp/haste or sp/crit gems to get the socket bonus. all gems are epic ofcourse.
the Trinkets are bad at this moment, I haven't got lucky with Muradin's spyglass and I haven't done Rotface much so that trinket hasnt been in my grasp.
When I look at haste and Crit I try to keep them balanced but at this moment I wish for more haste.

Please give a brief description of how you go about doing your job in a raid. What's your DPS cycle/priority system if you're a DPS? What spells do you use in what situations as a healer? How do you go about maximising threat whilst minimising incoming damage, as a tank? What more is there to tanking than those two aspects? Use a particular boss fight as an example if it will make it easier to talk about.

My rotation is: VT -> DP -> MB -> MF 2 ticks -> SW:P
after this I try to refresh dots as smooth as possible ( starting casting VT when last tick is coming soon)
When all dots are up I use Mindblast -> MF 3 ticks -> MF 3 ticks -> Mind blast
After 1 or 2 of these 'Mind blast cycles' I need to refresh a DoT
SW:D to fill up the 'Mind Blast cycle' whenever I can and when I'm on full health ofcourse.

In a raid encounter like Lady deathwhisper the adds can die really quick so it might be a waste to put 3 dots up, in that case I'll go for 1 or 2 dots only and then MB -> MF 3 ticks -> Mf 3 ticks
In that same encounter I try to dispell the buffs the adds get asap.

How do the professions you've chosen benefit you in raids?
Enchanting -> The Ring enchants gives me a nice + 46 spellpower at all times
Tailoring -> Lightweave embroider on cloak gives me a chance of 285 spellpower at each cast which is a nice proc.
It procs much more then a trinket or the Ashen Verdict Ring

Please provide a recent combat log parse (e.g. WWS, WMO, WoL) of your character in a raid environment if you have access to one.

I'm guessing the gear you're in atm is your DPS gear.

You said you are hitcapped, yet you only have 9.15% Hit chance, you need 11% Hit chance as a Shadowpriest, counting you have Misery and Shadow Focus.

For gems i Stack spellpower gems and sp/haste or sp/crit gems to get the socket bonus. all gems are epic ofcourse.

sp/crit gems are not as good as sp/haste gems. You should get more than enough crit from gear.
Your gemming is a bit off atm, pure haste gems, sp/int gems. I see hardly any sp/haste or pure spellpower gems in your gear, yet you stated you go for those perticular gems.

Also, you mention nothing about you using a DoT timer. As a DoT class, using a good DoT timer is more than necessary. Using a addon named Shadowgreenlight is a good helper, since SW:P never refreshes on it's own and this addon helps a bit to keep track on it.

Would like to see a combat log but you didn't post any, also would like to see a UI picture.

You did mention you use a PVP spec atm, you will most likley have to change that to a pure PVE spec. Cause I can't imagine that spec you are using atm is bringing out the most of your DPS.

and the reason Im not hit-capped at this moment is bacause I just got the Nibelung staff and I dropped Abracadaver which gave me 100+ rating

I will work on getting that hit-cap
