With blizzard adding optional "hard-modes" to future encounters, we're intending to beat the more difficult version of each fight, not just the basic version. Are you prepared to spend the time re-learning encounters to beat them in their hardest incarnations? Yes

Are you prepared to sit out if an encounter requires a certain raid composition for which you are not ideal?

How do you fill your playing time when not raiding?
Daily quest . PVP . Chat , farm Gold . run in IF

Raiding's not cheap. Flasks, potions, buff food, and of course repairs all cost money and time, and so does keeping your gear gemmed and chanted properly. Are you able to support your raiding expenses? What consumables do you typically use?
I dont have problem with GOLD

Why have you chosen your particular spec/class? How familiar are you with your class' other specs? Would you be willing to respec if the raid required it? Do you have dual-spec?
My main is Resto cus i think Every Grp need good Healer
i have good Feral and boomkin Off spec Gear

What is the general gearing strategy you follow for your class? Please be as specific as possible.

Resto : Spell power , Haste , mp5 and crit
Feral : Armor pentration , Agility and crit
Boomkin : Spell power . crit and haste , i dont need high Hit for boom cus i have talent for it

Please give a brief description of how you go about doing your job in a raid. What's your DPS cycle/priority system if you're a DPS? What spells do you use in what situations as a healer? How do you go about maximising threat whilst minimising incoming damage, as a tank? What more is there to tanking than those two aspects? Use a particular boss fight as an example if it will make it easier to talk about.

i use Reju and Regrowth and 3x stack life bloom to tanks and use Wild growth to Melee dps and tanks , Reju and 1 stack life bloom to Raid and spam nourish to tanks when they got LOW HP + Swiftmend

How do the professions you've chosen benefit you in raids?
Enchanting for spell power on Rings and i had alchemi before but i deleted this and toke herb but LOW LVL . i will skill up my herb soon cus i can farm Gold with herb

Please provide a recent combat log parse (e.g. WWS, WMO, WoL) of your character in a raid environment if you have access to one.

I have a little question regarding your choice of stats for resto
SP, haste, mp5, crit.
Ignoring for a second the mp5 (i am assuming that you mean either via spirit or mp5), I would like to ask your haste gearing strategy as it would appear that you are already overcapped for GCD. After 359 haste, crit would be a far better strat to follow.

Also when you say that you 3xLB on the tank, do you mean a rolling 3 or do you allow it to drop off? I ask as I am generally of the opinion that since LB got a 20% hot and 20% bloom nerf, coupled with its high mana cost its pretty much a forgotten spell (well not quite, but not worth the GCD for casting). Do you have any thoughts on that?

I am also a little confused as to why you have a glyph of innervate in your resto setup as its probably the least useful spell in a major slot, particularly as the nourish glyph far out strips it since 3.2. Also do you have any comment on having points in Revitalise/Natural Perfection and none in Natures Grace?

Also with the changes to GotEM coming in 3.3, what would be your strategy moving forwards with both talents and gearing?

and about innervate glyph , i use innervate to one Disc priest in our guild cus he has problem with mana on Long Fight
